Are you ready to stop obsessing over food, starting a new diet every Monday and start healing your relationship with food and your body?
Together we will look at what is keeping you stuck and help you break free from the continuous restrict-binge cycle.
Instead of cutting out food groups, eating rigidly or exercising only to burn calories. You will be encouraged to explore, experiment, get curious and withhold judgement around food and your body to discover what feels good for you.
Program delivery is flexible and includes:
12 x coaching sessions (90 minute initial session plus 50 minute follow up sessions each week)
