You wake up tired, even after a full night’s sleep. Coffee no longer touches the exhaustion. Your jaw’s tight, your shoulders are up to your ears, and your breath never quite reaches your belly.
Your body feels braced, like it's on alert even when nothing's wrong. And with that come the flare-ups: bloating, weight that won’t shift, chronic inflammation, and a nervous system that seems to be stuck in "on."
Still, you keep going. You show up. You do the work—therapy, journaling, breathwork, mindset hacks, ice baths, and smoothies that cost $18 and promise transcendence in a compostable cup. And yet... something’s still not landing.
You’re productive, functional… and somehow frozen inside.
You’ve been called high-functioning. You keep it together. But inside, it feels like you're moving on autopilot—disconnected, depleted, and ticking boxes just to get through the day.
The truth no one tells you
These symptoms and patterns are not failures. They are the body’s language—the body’s way of saying: I’m not okay. Please listen.
You are not broken. You’ve just been conditioned—taught to override yourself. Taught that rest is laziness, that emotions are inconvenient, that being “too much” makes you unsafe.
And you’re tired of it. Tired of one-size-fits-all solutions. Tired of the same old approaches dressed up with better hashtags.
This is Not your Average Program
We are not here for surface-level shifts, mindset tricks dressed up as healing, or bulldozing boundaries in the name of breakthroughs.
Because transformation doesn’t start with fixing your thoughts. It starts with creating enough safety for your body to finally release what it’s been holding.
The body carries what the mind cannot process. And lasting change begins there.
I won’t hand you another checklist or shiny tool. Instead, I’ll support you as you:

This space is for the woman who’s done with band aid approaches and to-do lists. Who’s ready to untangle conditioning at the root and create change that lasts. So she can expand into the life she came here to live.

Why A Group Program?
I’ll be honest—I didn’t always believe in groups. They used to terrify me. I’d been in rooms where my vulnerability hadn’t been safe, where it was met with discomfort, silence or used to hurt me. So I pulled away. I told myself it was easier to do it alone.
But deep down, I was craving what I’d never experienced: to be met fully, in a space that was safe and could hold me.
So if this is you, you’re in good company.
Healing Happens in Connection
Healing alone can only take us so far.
Regulation doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationship. In the presence of others who can hold us, not hand us another hack.
If you’ve only ever been met with rejection, misunderstanding, or silence when you showed up in your truth, of course connection hasn’t felt safe.
For so many of us, our gifts were never truly witnessed. We were seen through the filters of others—their shame, their fears, their unhealed places. When our sensitivity, creativity, sensuality, or confidence triggered something in them, we internalised it as proof that we were “too much.”
So we hid. We locked away the most beautiful parts of ourselves and shaped ourselves into what felt acceptable.
But those reflections were never the truth. They were just the wrong mirrors.
Everything changed for me in a women’s group container. I witnessed another woman share a painful truth and, instead of being shamed, she was held. And something cracked open in me. If she could be received like that, maybe I could too.
I realised that it wasn’t the tools but the group space that was the antidote.
Because regulation isn’t a tool or a hack—it’s what happens when your nervous system finally feels safe enough, to be seen, to express and to expand.

What You Will Experience
This is a live, intimate group space designed to support deep, embodied healing. You won’t just sit and listen—you’ll be guided to participate, reflect, feel, and integrate.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Be coached directly by me in a safe and supportive space
Ask questions and receive personalised insight
Experience somatic and nervous system practices to connect with your body in real time
Share and be witnessed (if and when you're ready)
Move at your own pace, while still feeling held in community
