The twelve-week program that I did with Deb was absolutely incredible. I started out with the goal of getting fit, losing weight and creating good habits, but I what I got out of it was so much more.

Throughout my time with you, I realised that even though my eating disorders are in the past, I’ve held onto guilt, anxiety and a warped body image. It’s caused me to never truly appreciate my body, even when I was at my fittest. It makes me so sad to look at pictures where I had a body I’d be so proud of now, when at the time, I didn’t feel good enough. No matter what I did, I was never truly happy with myself.

After my sessions with you, I finally feel at peace! I can eat food without feeling guilt all the time, I moderate my portions based on how I really feel, I don’t feel the need to get on the scale, I enjoy going to the gym and I’ve formed a consistent habit that I know will last. Best of all, I look in the mirror and love my body the way it is. No other fitness program or class has given me these kinds of results, so I didn’t think it was possible. I can’t thank you enough <3
