BreathPOWER21 is 21 days of breathwork.
The online program consists of one daily 5–10-minute breath flow. Each day focuses on a different topic e.g., gratitude or mindful eating. To allow you to explore different techniques and styles, as we know there is no one size fits all.
There are also some bonus videos and journal prompts to help you get the most out of the course.
