Hi, I’m Deb.

I’m a dog mum, introverted extrovert, and an individual constantly striving to be the best version of myself. This has sparked my purpose in helping others overcome challenges, find body freedom and thrive in life.

After a life-altering car accident at 21, breaking my spine, I transitioned from an active high achiever to someone struggling with chronic pain and anxiety

This near-death experience was a wake-up call. It exacerbated all the areas of my life that weren’t working. I realised, I had to make a change. I could no longer rely on food to numb my pain or overexercising to relieve my stress.

I began working with my body, acknowledging its current state, embracing the reality of chronic pain, and accepting that it wouldn't move as it once did. Despite these challenges, I identified aspects within my control. t was time to start optimising my health and rebuild my mindset.


Since that pivotal moment, my journey has been anything but straightforward or effortless. Yet, fuelled by unwavering perseverance, I've not only started my own business but also achieved physical feats I was once told were unlikely: hip thrusting 220kg, squatting 100kg, and gearing up to conquer a half marathon. Now, I channel my experiences to assist both corporates and individuals in building resilience, reshaping their views of health, and guiding women to work with their bodies rather than against them.

The Mind-Body-Spirit approach has been derived from both an evidence-based approach, client outcomes and overcoming my own personal journey.

You cannot treat the mind in isolation without addressing the body or spirit. This holistic and invidualised approach treats the root cause of your issues. Whether it be burnout, food or body image concerns, fear, or low self-worth.

By integrating Mind-Body-Spirit, I equip you with a toolbelt of strategies to thrive instead of just survive. Helping to transform your life from the inside out.
